Privacy policy

Only the data you submit in the proposal request form is collected: name, email address, telephone contact, type of engagement, intended date and venue, estimated number of participants, any works selected in the Index, and the message you write.

The site does not build profiles, does not use advertising cookies and does not share data with social networks. If and when measurement tools are activated, no consent signal is granted by default and nothing is read from or written to your device without your explicit choice.

Data is processed exclusively to answer your request and to manage any resulting service. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and the performance of pre-contractual steps.

Data is not used to send marketing communications, unless you expressly and separately ask for them.

Data from a request that does not result in a contract is kept for 12 months and then deleted. Where a contract follows, the necessary data is kept for the legal period applicable to tax and accounting obligations.

You may request deletion before those periods at any time, and the request is carried out unless a legal obligation prevents it.

Data is accessed only by those handling the answer to your request. Where performing a service requires sharing logistical information with third parties — an instrument transport and tuning company, for example — only what is strictly necessary for that execution is shared.

There is no transfer of data outside the European Economic Area.

You have the right to access your data, to correct it, to request its deletion or the restriction of processing, to object to processing and to request portability. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before that.

If you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados.

In its current configuration this site installs no analytics or advertising cookies. Only temporary local storage in your own browser is used, to hold the works you select in the Index while you browse — information that stays on your device, is never sent to any server, and disappears when you close the tab.
